1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of Doosix AI (Doosix AI) and our associated services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site and must cease access immediately.

2. AI Project Planner Estimates Disclaimer

Estimates, visual wireframe proposals, timeline calculations, and feature recommendations generated by our AI Project Planner widget are **purely educational and non-binding**. They do not constitute a formal business contract or a guarantee of service fees. Definitive pricing, project scopes, SLAs, and software delivery deadlines are strictly governed by custom development agreements signed by both parties.

3. Use License & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights for text, visual elements, CSS designs, software code, and icons present on this site are owned by Doosix AI.

For Custom Deliverables: Subject to full project payment, Doosix AI transfers intellectual property ownership rights of the custom-written codebase, frontend systems, and database configurations to the client, as outlined in individual contract statements of work (SOWs).

4. Client Knowledge Bases & Data Ownership

Clients retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all custom documents, internal manuals, database records, and schema definitions uploaded to our custom AI agents, fine-tuned models, or isolated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) vector stores. We act solely as a developer and processor of this intelligence.

5. User Conduct & Chatbot Interaction

When interacting with our forms, AI planners, and virtual assistant widgets, you agree not to:

Submit malicious input payloads, code injections, or try to bypass safety guardrails (jailbreak attacks).
Scrape site data, blog posts, or copy CSS layout components without permission.
Impersonate any company representative or supply fake contact details designed to compromise database integrity.

6. AI Limitations & Warranty Disclaimers

Our site content and customized AI tools are provided "as is" and "as available".

No Guarantee of Model Perfection: Large language models (LLMs) and conversational agents can experience hallucinations, generate logical inaccuracies, or output unexpected text due to variations in underlying model weights (such as updates to third-party APIs like Gemini).

Verification Requirement: We strongly advise that any AI-generated code, legal drafts, medical suggestions, or high-risk financial decisions be checked by certified human experts prior to production deployment.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Doosix AI, its founder Mohan, or its engineers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Doosix AI's website or custom AI agents, even if Doosix AI has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Doosix AI's website or active consulting services shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
