Effective Date: August 23, 2026 • Governing Software & Digital Services Agreements
1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Doosix for digital services, web development, custom software engineering, mobile applications, or AI automation systems, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Statement of Work & Milestone Delivery
All commercial projects are executed under a written Statement of Work (SOW) outlining technical deliverables, sprint schedules, milestone approvals, and warranty coverage.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final settlement of project milestone invoices, full ownership of custom source code, design assets, and database schemas transfers unconditionally to the client.
4. Confidentiality & NDA Guarantee
Doosix treats all client business plans, API keys, database credentials, and algorithmic designs as strictly confidential under perpetual mutual NDA protection.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Mumbai courts.
